Since its inception, FGA has represented and counseled the world’s largest maritime and transportation companies on all relevant legal and regulatory issues. Our attorneys provide litigation defense and insurance coverage analysis to commercial shipping firms, equipment lessors, brokers, intermodal transportation companies, and marine insurance underwriters for matters arising under the Longshore and Harbor Workers' Compensation Act and Jones Act, as well as cargo claims.
